Licensing & Usage Agreement

Clear, Simple, Creator-Friendly

These assets are built to be used — in games, visual novels, and interactive projects of all kinds. The license is intentionally straightforward, so you can focus on creating instead of deciphering legal jargon.

Here’s how it works.

What You Can Do

✔ Use these assets in any game, visual novel, or interactive project, personal or commercial
✔ Modify assets within your project (colors, layering, combinations, presentation)
✔ Combine assets with your own work to build characters, scenes, and worlds
✔ Distribute your finished project freely or commercially

If it’s part of a game or narrative experience — you’re good.

What You Can’t Do

✘ Redistribute the assets themselves, free or paid
✘ Share the raw files or source materials with others
✘ Sell or give away the assets as standalone files
✘ Sell derivative asset packs based on these materials
✘ Use the assets in asset-flip kits, generators, or resale bundles

In short:
You can ship games.
You can’t ship the assets.

Content Restrictions

At no point may these assets be used to depict:

✘ Pornographic content
✘ Sexually explicit material
✘ Illicit or exploitative modifications of the characters or assets

This includes both the original assets and modified versions derived from them.

If that’s part of your project’s goal, these assets are not the right fit — and that’s okay.

Marketplace Terms

  • All sales are final. No refunds on digital items purchased through the marketplace.

  • We reserve the right to remove any asset pack from the marketplace at any time.

  • Removal from sale does not revoke your right to continue using assets you already purchased, under this license.

The Spirit of the License

This license exists to protect creators — including you.

It keeps the barrier to entry low, encourages experimentation, and ensures the system isn’t diluted or resold in pieces. You get freedom to build worlds and tell stories. The framework stays intact.

Fair use. Clear limits. No surprises.
